1. Who we are
LLMboost is operated by Cybrient Technologies SA, Rue Liotard 6, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland.
For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We collect account data, contact details, billing status, website or property information, prompts, AI visibility results, reports, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Subscription payments and card handling are processed by Stripe.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the LLMboost dashboard, monitor AI visibility, generate reports, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support or contact requests, improve the product, and measure marketing performance when consent is provided.
4. Cookies, consent, Reddit Pixel, and X tracking
Essential cookies are used for security, login sessions, language preferences, checkout, and dashboard operation.
Analytics or marketing cookies are only used when the visitor accepts the relevant consent category in the cookie banner.
When marketing consent is accepted, LLMboost may load Reddit Pixel and X conversion tracking. These tools can receive page visits and conversion events such as signup intent, account creation, website/client creation, and successful subscription. Event metadata may include whether the account is a business or marketing agency, internal client identifiers, URL, referrer, browser, IP address, and cookie identifiers. We do not send payment card data to Reddit or X.
Visitors can change consent choices through the cookie preferences control in the footer.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, and based on consent for optional marketing or tracking technologies.
6. Sharing and processors
We may share data with service providers that help operate LLMboost, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, security, AI routing, and customer support providers.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or provider compliance mechanisms.
8. Retention
We keep account, billing, dashboard, report, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve reliability.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page.
