By accessing or using LLMboost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use LLMboost for a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

LLMboost provides AI visibility monitoring, prompt tracking, source analysis, competitor intelligence, recommendations, reports, and related dashboard features for businesses and marketing agencies.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, AI providers, routers, and data services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, prompt inputs, monitored websites, client or property records, and for keeping login credentials secure.

Agencies are responsible for having the necessary authority to monitor and report on their clients.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected plan and billing terms shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, currencies, and payment methods may be handled by Stripe.

A business may add additional websites or properties according to the applicable plan. Agencies may add client accounts according to the selected agency plan.

You may not use LLMboost to break the law, infringe rights, abuse third-party systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misrepresent ownership or authorization for monitored brands, domains, or clients.

LLMboost reports, recommendations, and AI visibility metrics are informational. AI systems and search results can change, and outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

You remain responsible for business, legal, marketing, and technical decisions based on LLMboost output.

LLMboost and its software, design, trademarks, and documentation remain owned by Cybrient Technologies SA or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own content, brands, and submitted materials.

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, if you breach these terms, if use creates security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service or cancel subscriptions according to the billing flow.

LLMboost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
